So I am now officially in the National media scrum. After emailing the YM news editor about a landowner in Poole harbour trying to stop people landing on the foreshore of Long Island which isn't even owned by them. It is owned by the Crown Estate. The article really isn't very clear and certainly doesn't make the point that it *is* legal to land on the foreshore. But they got my age right !I guess that's journalism for you.
