Chichester to Quayside (Southampton) - 04/04/08

We walked the dog in the morning so didn't get underway until 10:15. We were now on homeground now so nothing too difficult in terms of navigation. We were up Southampton water and the all the way up the Itchen to Talia's new home - Quayside Marina by 15:30.


Unfortunately there wasn't enough water in the on the tidal pontoon so we rafted to the boat on the hammerhead and waited until 18:30 to put the boat back in her spot.


And here she is ! Home at last !




By a coincidence we were allocated (for now anyway) a berth next to another Mac just like ours so this photo shows a nice comparison of the old and the new.
